The write stuff - winter tyres

As you may have guessed I can be a persistent individual. After our protracted correspondence, I would like to let you know that the Prudential Insurance Company has finally agreed that its stance on fitting winter wheels is ridiculous. (You may recall they had required me to remove them in February.) When I asked when winter started and finished to be conformed in writing, it was agreed that I could fit winter wheels when the weather conditions called for them. My wife and I have moved our car insurance to another provider and saved money. Hard work but a victory for common sense

Many thanks for that. I could not believe the sheer stupidity of the situation, particularly on a date when it was actually snowing heavily in Scotland. Well persevered.
