APCOA parking fine
I received a fine in post from Apcoa parking "PARKING Enforcement Notice" by Luton Airport stating its been issued for alleged contravention is a breach of the terms and conditions of the use of the airport infrastructure and signs
is there any way that I can appeal it?
I have only a short while to still appeal as the fine came very late in post.
