Will I be offered a speed awareness course

I have just received an NIP which states that on 12/12 I was caught speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone - surprisingly enough, just before it jumps up to 40mph on a rural country road.

My question, however, is whether I will be offered a speed awareness course for this offence?

I am concerned that as I already have three points (happened in August 2011) that I won't be offered anything and will just be forced to take another three points.

There seems to be mixed information as to whether you can go on a speed awareness course if it is your second offence. For info, I was not offered a course for the first offence and just had to take points and the fine.

You probably will be, but there is no certainty.
