Courtesy car damage

I was lent a brand new A5 by Tonbridge Audi today and due to logistics of transfering my toddler to this car I didn't have a thorough look at it.

When I returned the car, the garage informed me of damage to the alloy front driver side wheel and tyre.

I had not hit anything or caused this, my car was only parked in my private drive when I wasn't driving it. In the end the garage reduced what they wanted for the damage to £50.

I know I didn't cause this damage but I also didn't check this wheel so felt helpless. What can you advise?

Nothing you can do. You might have damaged it. Someone at the garage might have damaged it and wants to cover up. Not worth fighting over £50.
