Can I get support from Ford over my wet belt failure?

The wet belt has gone on my 23 plate Ford Transit Custom. My warranty is up but is there any way I can get a good will payment from Ford and how do I go about it?

Ford may offer assistance if you have experienced a mechanical issue if the recommended servicing has been carried out by an approved Ford dealer. The first port of call should be the supplying dealer and then contact Ford UK customer service to raise the problem. There is no guarantee of support, but it is worth trying all the available channels.
