Are CHAdeMO chargers being phased out?
We are looking at a new Lexus UX300e which has a CHAdeMO connector. We will be charging it almost exclusively at home, but if we do need to charge it publicly we are concerned about the future availability of CHAdeMO chargers.
Are public CHAdeMO chargers likely to disappear completely in the UK? If so, when?

It's difficult to say when, if at all, CHAdeMO chargers might completely disappear in the UK. The number of new installations has indeed declined as providers understandably prioritise the much wider used CCS connection, but we wouldn't expect existing units to start being actively removed en masse any time soon. There is still plenty of demand for CHAdeMO, thanks in large part to the popularity of the first and second-generation Nissan Leaf. Over 40,000 were sold in the UK, and most will still be on the roads today.
In the short-to-medium term, we wouldn't worry too much about it. The UX300e does also have a Type 2 connector, should you ever really be struggling – this will be compatible with low-output public charging. This could also prove handy for destination charging.
