What car do you suggest that we can fit a wheelchair in?

My son needs a new car which will seat four people and be able to stow a wheelchair in the rear. My wife who is disabled will sit in the front passenger seat. Fuel would be petrol. He lives in North Tolsta Isle of Lewis. He works in Stornorway and it is a 28 mile round trip 6 days a week. He will be the only driver

What would be the best vehicle please. Any advice/help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

We'd recommend an estate car like the Skoda Octavia. The boot is sizeable and as it sits low to the ground, this should make getting into the passenger seat from a wheelchair easier. A budget of up to £12,000 is enough for a good example of the third-generation, 2013-on version.
