Can I fit a larger battery to my car to counter stop/start issues?
To beat the dreaded short journey issue with stop start batteries is it worth putting a bigger capacity battery on my Fabia or will it upset the charging system?

Upgrading to a higher Ah battery is generally fine for start-stop systems, provided it's the correct type and fits properly. The increased capacity can offer performance advantages without causing electrical problems. However you need to make sure you fit the correct type i.e either a AGM Absorbent Glass Mat or an EFB Enhanced Flooded Battery.
