What's the best automatic small car for an older driver with mobility problems?

I am a 78 year old woman with mobility problems. I need a small car with automatic transmission and automatic tailgate and rear view camera. Where do I start looking?

We'd recommend going for something that sits a little higher than a regular hatchback, without going too tall. A Toyota Yaris Cross could be worth a look - certain versions, including the Excel, come with both a power-opening tailgate and a camera. The tailgate on these can be operated both using the remote, and by waving a foot under the rear bumper.
