Do modern cars still have sidelights?
While driving this afternoon it became a little gloomy, I switched on my sidelights to make my car more visible. Virtually everyone else was using full headlights and the glare was unbearable. My car is now 8 years old, I was wondering, have sidelights been removed from modern cars?

Sidelights have not been removed from modern cars, but as daytime running lights have been standard fitment for some years and many drivers use the automatic setting on their lights it is not a surprise that dipped headlights have become the default.
