Real life Micra DIG-S Consumption

You recently test drove the Nissan Micra DIG-S. You were quite positive about the new supercharged engine and it's claimed 69mpg combined fuel consumption. Looking back to the large difference between claimed and actual fuel consumption for the Fiat 500 Twin Air supercharged petrol engine, I feel very nervous about believing the 69mpg figure.

In fact, I will not buy a Nissan Micra DIG-S unless I see some genuine real world figures. Perhaps you know the realistic achievable figure for normal driving?

I think it's more likely with the Micra DIG-S because it's higher geared and has better low range torque so the engine generally runs at lower revs. But I'd think more likely to be 50 - 60 than 69.
