Parking ticket

I attended court as a witness on the 30th March. I parked in a bay that allowed two hours free parking.

Due to the timing of the case I was unable to leave within this time for fear of being in contempt of court.

On my return to the car I had been issued with a a parking ticket issued by the Legion Group for
£25

I attempted to contact them on several occassions , but the messages I left remain unanswered.

I have now received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus LTD, demanding a payment of £85 within 7 days.

Your advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Refuse to pay on the grounds you have stated here. Tell them it they want to pursue it to take you to court.
