Is Toyota going to introduce direct sales to customers?
When are Toyota planning to introduce direct sales to customers?

Previously Toyota spokespersons had said that direct sales were not an option for the brand, but more recently the Toyota head of Europe has said that the current dealer model is unsustainable, which suggests that direct sales are a possibility.
Given the size of the UK's current Toyota dealer network it seems unlikely that this would change overnight, so if it is to happen it would likely be a medium- or long-term change.
