What version of the Vauxhall Corsa is best for hilly roads?

We are thinking of buying a newish Vauxhall Corsa auto but it will need it to have enough power for hilly routes. Which engine/gearbox option would be best?

We'd recommend the more powerful 130PS 1.2-litre engine. It's a punchy little turbocharged unit that should be fine on hilly routes. Alternatively, consider the electric Corsa-e – its instant torque makes light work of hilly roads.
