I bought a 2016 Hyundai Tucson two weeks ago with 39,000 miles on the clock. And now with the warmer spell of weather,

The dealer is liable and should fix it free of charge.

If he/she refuses to fix the car, demand a full refund, as per the 'short term right to reject' under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act: www.honestjohn.co.uk/problems-with-a-new-or-used-c.../
