Prix fix

I wonder if you could advise me about a car I have recently seen in a local (non VW) garage. It is a VW Golf 1.4 FSI S 5-door manual car with metallic paint. It had one previous owner and mileage is 22,000. The dealer would not sell it below £7,300 but he is going to service the car, give 12 months road tax and MOT + 12 months warranty. The car was 1st registered in Feb 2006 and it is a manual petrol car. Do you think £7,300 is a fair price?

advantage is it has a chain rather than belt cam engine, so belts snapping is one problem it won't have.
