Bought ex demo with 4k on clock. Mileage now 73k after 10y.

Water pump FAILED after 4y.
450 to fix with cambelt, annoying as known fault. I kicked up fuss with Skoda who paid half.

Other than this, the car has been brilliant.
It has cost me very little.
Ive had maybe 8 Goodyear Eagle tyres 100each, and serviced at reputable franchised dealer.
Reasonable insurance costs.
Heated leather seats very nice.
Car drives brilliantly. Great family car.
I have had no issues or problems at all, other than above.
Fill up is 60 quid 500+ miles always returned.
Recently drove nearly 600 on a tank to Cornwall.
30 tax also.

10/10 - I would have another of this last shape tomorrow.
(Wouldn't touch the new shape - far far too many reports of InfoT issues.)
So many people say this is a cheap A6, Id say I agree.....
