Bought with less than 20k miles on the clock the car started dropping out on cyl 4 recently. Garage checked everything, and came to this result: faulty ingnition coil backfired on injection valve of cyl 4 causing lethal damage on valve. Damage has been known by Citroën, cause ingnition coils have been changed. Would have been woth a recall. Last Citroën ever – says my colleague, who's the very disappointed owner after a straight run for thirty years.
