Overall reliability

Poor build quality, unreliable

Good bits:
Cheap to buy
Family friendly
Comfortable
Cheap parts (if not from main dealer)

Bad bits:
Rust in 3 panels at 8 years old
Suspension components continually fail
Running problems caused by design fault (jet washer)
Main dealer repairs extortionate for a budget brand

Owned this car for 5 years and 40k miles. Currently has 85k. Call me fussy but I don't expect modern cars to rust any more, the paint quality is awful. Also underside of the car is a sea of rust, I expect mot failure next year.

There is a design flaw in the jet washer that has caused water to leak into injector. New coil pack and injector required.

To be fair, overall cost of ownership is low, but I would rather pay a bit more for longevity and a sense of reliability.
