new car - richard price
i want to source and buy a new car of the small variety three doors up to 1100cc, sun roof, power steering, budget up to 6.5K - advice please.

Toyota Yaris on import - Import - ant
Yaris GS 5 door, 1 .0, metallic paint. Delivered to your door in England (Scotland would be extra) for £6125 plus 17.5% VAT. Deposit is 25% and car comes with a 3 year pan European manufacturers warranty.

Last of the line Peugeot 106's available new for £5995 + a years free insurance. 1.1 engine, comes in metallic, body coloured bumpers, airbag but no PAS.

However old design and not highly rated in reliability stakes (see Service interval post).

I can recommend the Yaris, but better to have PAS fitted, which is an extra on the base model. At Import - ant 's price, even plus PAS. it is a better buy than something like an official UK Arosa 1.0 at £5,995.

What about a Punto?
If you don't need "NEW" model (link on homepage) good deals on pre-registered old shape if you look.Free insurance 0% finance plus lots of other incentives, too.
