Is £2900 a fair price for a 2007 Jaguar X-Type with 106,000 miles on the clock?

I'm looking to purchase a 2007 Jaguar X-Type from a dealer. The car has cream leather interior and is in excellent condition in and out. The price is £2900 with 106,000 miles on the clock. Is this a fair price and are there any issues I should look out for?

The X-Type was really a rebodied Ford Mondeo III. 2.5 and 3.0 V6 petrol engined versions cam first, both four wheel drive, then a (rare) 2.1 litre front wheel drive V6, then Ford 2.0 and 2.2 litre diesels. These are all chain cam engines and fairly robust. Look up Ford Mondeo Mk III and Jaguar X-Type in www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/
