Buy ex company BMW 320D SE touring, or go for a new company car?

My company car BMW 320D SE touring (2013 Model, with ~ 85,000 miles) is coming up to the end of its lease.

I have to choose a new company car, but I could in theory buy the current car.
It has had a relatively easy life, but it has only been serviced according to the long life oil service schedule. It will shortly have its 3rd service/ oil change at ~ 77,000 miles.

How much would such a car be worth, and would this car be at risk of such problems as DMF or DPF?

The easy option is to get another company car, but then have to pay the tax on it

Great car. But even though this was built after the problem period I think it's risky because the N47 2.0 engine is notorious for timing chain failure, especially after a life of inadequate longlife oil services.
