Expatriotic

While we lived in France my wife and I made a point of trying to support the French car industry by buying French cars. Now that we have returned to the UK we would like to try to be patriotic and buy a "British" car. I am not aware of any totally British cars, unless they are in a kit form, and my wife and I, being retired, are well beyond kits and Caterhams. The spirit is willing but the body past them. What, in your opinion, would be the most "British" cars we could buy in the Focus/Mondeo market space?
