  Just bought a Ford Fiesta (2004) & it has the 4500CD/Radio fitted, the one that's completely integrated into the dash. Unfortunately the garage I bought the car from didn't have the "keycode". Does anyone know where the "serial number" is located on the CD unit as I need it to get the keycode from Ford --- hoping to not have to remove the complete dashboard to find it !!!

  I have a T registration Toyota Corolla with a radio ariel that goes over the top front of the car. I have a new radio that has replaced the original factory radio and consequently the sound is better but is there a way I can improve the signal. My ariel is a screw on type and it's not loose, or am I stuck with the ariel I have because it's an old car?

  hi... ive read a few posts here about getting your keycode, but i cannot find my m or v number. ive tried pressing 1 and 6 on the radio but i get dsp 50600500 and not the serial number. 2 and 6 doesnt work either, nor does entering 6992 .

  Hi, I just bought a used car with no books with it and the radio needs unlocking. Just wondered how to get hold of the code or if anyone knows it please let us know or any helpful information on how to obtain this info would be greatly appreciated.   Its a FIESTA LX 1400 2002/2003, it was registered in 2003 so not sure if its a 2002 or 03

  Dos any one know an easyer way to get the code as it looks like a real pain to take the radio out just to get a number of the back so i can get the code. Also dos any one know if there is a way to turn the recurulasion on as there is no buton or slider to do it with and the exhaust fumes get sucked in from othere cars when at traficlights.

  I changed battery of my ford mondeo and have no idea what the code is as I bought the car 3rd hand a few years ago. I tried removing the radio so I can get the serial number but it stuck even the guys at Halfords couldnt pull it out. can I get the code using the reg# and chasis#?

  As title really, I have a 2005 Honda FR-V and have just bought an Ipod connector cable which has to plugged into the CD changer socket on the back of the radio/cd head unit. I can't see how the head unit comes out of the dash, there are no holes or slots into which a release tool could be pushed in. Does anyone know how to do it ???

  Hi my car is fitted with a cd6000 and after some work and the battery being disconnected my radio won't work. I've rang the dealer who gave me the code but its incorrect. The stereo is fitted so how do I get the seriel number and code for it. Any help in this matter is very much appreciated.  Thanks in advance Jimmy.

  HI, I have had work done on my Ford fiesta and now the radio is not working, it is asking for a KEYCODE to be entered. I still have the audio manual and the keycode is showing as 3339, but when I input this as instructed in the manual, it is saying WAIT 30 MINS and then asks for it to be input, so must be a wrong keycode.

  Hi - can anyone point me in the right direction please - Audi A3 1.9tdi.e ..... Radio flicking on and off for a few times when start car - sometimes also does it when been driving for short while - the flicking on and off also seems to trigger central locking sometimes - they seem to 'click' in tandem with each other ..........??
