  Hey, Im currently at Uni and i'm 20, and got a years no claims, im looking to buy a new car as my old one died!   I left my '59 plate mini one clubman for 2 weeks this summer.  It was due a service and wasn't running entirely smoothly before I left - last year mini had to replace the ?fuel injection as it was malfunctioning - it was running smoothly again for the whole year, but in the week or so before I went away it had started to have a problem with smooth running in 2nd gear (a bit like before).

  I've told the missus when we collect it this week I'm going to get her to be my Camera Woman and film me reviewing it, I will be totally honest and due to the lack of SD related coverage I'm guessing I could potentially become famous from this video!! Any feedback and comments useful and related to the SD will be welcomed. According to Mini Official website the car has 190bhp and 390 torque, but the odd website says it's more like 168bhp and 340 torque!? Does anybody (including blooming Mini) know what this car is/does.... All the best guys, Lee.

  My 2001 Mini (that I've owned since the launch date) has  65000 miles and is well loved. The car has developed a loud squeal from the engine area at 1000 rpm.   I thought it may the V-belt so ordered a new one and replaced it.

  Week ago it was just hardly noticable but today its getting worse, basically, when you go over 5-10mph you can hear a scoring friction sound and also is pulling to the left if you let go of the steering wheel. Its a 2005 mini one 1.6, i had the tracking done by the local garage thinking it will cure the pulling etc but no avail. Also makes no difference if i brake or put the clutch in or out, its starting to be a worry and before i go to the garage for them to say, could be this or that etc i was wondering if anyone else had/got same proble?
