Dacia Logan MCV - Need new tyres for a boring car? 1 Oct 2021 (Forum)
Something decent it the wet, dry (don't get much snow here), something that's fuel efficient and will not wear out fast. So far I've been looking at Bridgestone T500's. Which works out at £54 per tyre fitted, my only concern is I've read of reviews of these wearing out fast? Any decent cheap recommendations please? -

Skoda Fabia 1,2 1964 - Windows opening themselves and clicking central lo 16 Jan 2021 (Forum)
I disconnected the battery and took the car to Skoda the next morning - the windows kept shut for this. Skoda did a test, found no fault, but changed the door switch on the o/s, just in case. The switch was only £27.00, so I don't think it was a module? On the way home the central locking started to click about ten times again in succession, whilst driving, but the windows did not open. -

ANY (run on a shoestring) - Best tyres on the back, but.... 6 Nov 2019 (Forum)
Thats a better tyre, but its a mismatch, and I might not get it through even a Taiwan inspection like that. The Bridgestone tread is probably 3-4 mm. I have three "ditchfinder" SONAR 165/70 R13's with about 6-7 mm tread which, if I can revive my lost tyre mounting skills, should fit my rims. I'm fairly sure the Bridgestones qualify as my "best" tyres in the dry season, so should go on the back, but this may not be true in the wet season. -

So any advice you can give for things to look out for would be really appreciated. -
