  When I acquired my car, the radio cassette was not working, due to there being nowhere to enter the code on the display, which was blank. I bought a replacement radio from ebay last week, but upon fitting it, the problem stays the same, a blank display.

  Very bad interferance on AM channel 909 ,on Symphony' radio from new ,while my wife's BMW has perfect reception . Audi say there is nothing wrong with either radio or car and cannot help !! Anybody had a similar problem or any ideas ??

  So we recently got a Ford Fiesta from my grandmother because she rarely use it. We had to change the battery though and now we need the radio code. She does not know where it is. The serial number is M153675. Anyone know the radio code?

  i have just changed the instrument panel bulbs and now the radio display will not turn off and the radio not turn on! i cannot find the relative fuse to pull to see if this cures the problme please help

  My daughter put a 5p coin in cigarette lighter causing fuse to blow. No fuse available at time and needed sat nav so took fuse from radio. School boy error! Now radio wants a code. Checked manual,d but no joy. Does anyone know the code, the ref is M460923

  just recently my radio and CD changer has stopped working none of the buttons operate and all I can receive is radio 2. On the screen is SN followed by a whole load of numbers. Has anyone experienced this before? If so what is the cure?

  I left the CD player on last night and got a flat battery as a result this morning. After a quick jump start from the RAC the CD/radio will not function - basically looks like it's turned off without anyway of turning it on. Is there a way to kick the CD/radio into life? Cheers

  Hi, Just bought a 440 (banganomics experiment - don't panic!) Got the original radio cassette in it - but as the car's battery's been disconnected for a while the thing's reset. It sits there blinking COD (which I assume is swedish for Code!) at me. Any thoughts on this? I saw the advice on the Phillips radio, but are there any other ideas?

  Im going to replace the standard radio in my 306. I have got the replacement facia plate but am unsure how to remove the standard radio. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Also the heater blower works but no air is coming out of any vents... is this a common problem?

  Does anyone no how to reset the code on an old radio cassette stereo? I recently had problems with an alarm and had to disconnect the battery, hence prompting the radio to ask for the code, which I don't have as it is a second hand car. The stereo is not factory fitted and therefore I can't ask the manufacturer.
