No offer of goodwill gesture or courtesy car but they did pick it up from home. Then they called to say the brake pads and rear wiper blade needs changing. The brakes will cost £156. I said why wasn't it advised during mot, he said it was noted down and it's probably on your advisories which if wasn't. I told them I want them to pay for it because either they are charging me for something that doesn't need doingg or they should have put in on an advisory. -
