  • Rover 400, appetite for light bulbs 19 Dec 2001 (Forum)
I have changed many, many bulbs front and rear during the 1 year of ownership of my P Reg Rover 400. A colleague with the same model (S Reg) has changed bulbs about 6 times. I see these cars running around in twilight with very often, one of the brake lights or side lights not working. Is this typical of this car or am I becoming paranoid ?

  • Another oily question. 7 Mar 2001 (Forum)
I have another question to ask about oil. I have a Wolseley 18/85 'S' mk 2 on a 'K' plate. It uses 20/50 motor oil and it does burn a bit of oil. I have been offered a drum of 30/40 engine oil for free and i was wondering if it would do any damage to the engine. The engine is an Austin 1800 'B' series with a 3speed auto box.
