Among these features is Low Tension Front End Accessory Drive. This makes uses of an alternator bracket and pulley system to reduce belt friction, leading to less consumption. Ford Auto-Start-Stop is a function that automatically shuts down the engine when the car is idle - which the carmaker said can save up to five per cent in carbon emissions. -

People called James 'could end up paying more for car insurance' 20 Jan 2009 (News)
A study by Confused.com found motorists called James and Daniel are the most reckless behind the wheel. Some 31 per cent of drivers called James admitted having driving convictions, while 18 per cent of those called Daniel revealed they had found themselves on the wrong side of the law. Generally, women were found to be much safer. However, female motorists called Lucy were the most likely to break the rules of the road, with six per cent having received a conviction. -
