Bed experience

I bought a used Korando from a KGM main dealer. It catastrophically failed not long after purchase, major repair bills loomed. The car had a full main dealer service history, so I expected the warranty to cover the costs. I was told that prior to my ownership the last service was a few days over and the warranty was void. The service in question was while it was sat for sale on the forecourt of the main dealer I bought it from. KGM would not accept that the main dealer should have known this would void the warranty and serviced it while it was sat awaiting to be sold. I corresponded with the main dealer and KGM with no support from either, I've had to pay for the repairs myself, and I'm currently in dispute with the main dealer regards Consumer Rights Act - I'm taking them to the small claims court to hopefully recover the money. Meanwhile the Korando continued to breakdown, go into limp mode, warning lights on the dash with a variety of issues. I've now sold it and will not buy another KGM / Ssangyong.
