Avoid.

I don't want to write war and peace, although it most certainly warrants it and I should.

There are two major issues here one, the 'bugs' and electrical faults on the car and two, the customer service or lack of for a more accurate description.

My car has had continuous faults, from the entertainment system getting stuck and the screen being unresponsive to cruise control being stuck on' on mode' even once cancelled. I can't tell you how concerning it is when your vehicle is trying to continue to travel at 70mph when you're trying to go 30mph.

I have a video of the fault and yet the Jaguar Landrover garage refused to do anything more to help than tell me they thought it was the accelerater getting stuck. I had a courtesy car for nearly three weeks and my car came back with clear updates (which they claimed they never did) and for a fortnight all seemed well, the car is now 'glitching again' and I continue to record the faults so that I can return the car to another jaguar Land rover dealer with evidence. I pray that this time, they do the right thing.

I think the most disheartening thing is I invested in this car because I was always worried about breakdowns and the cost of one. Especially owning an older BMW. I'm now driving around in a brand new vehicle which is so unreliable. Its currently 3.20am and I'm writing a review because the stress it has caused (combined with a very stressful job, hence trying to eliminate stress where possible) has caused me to struggle to rest ar night.

I've complained to Jaguar Land Rover customer services by email as that was the only way to get through to the company but they're of the view they can close the case their end.

I don't feel believed, I'm very tired and very sad.

Land Rover are beautiful to look at but would I ever recommend you to buy one? Most certainly not.
