not a drivers car

I have had a few 3008 in the past which I call a drivers car,but for me the 5008 has a few faults ,the diesel engine does not give a smooth performance.
The clutch pedal is to close the footrest
The clutch pedal is to close to the food brake.
The brake pedal is has a double kink in it for some reason and sometimes you catch your foot on it when pushing down the clutch.
