Hello all,

My car was damaged recently by a third party,they have admitted full liabilty.My car was assessed by an engineer and he told me it was uneconomical it repair, therefore it will be a total loss and cat c.

They have offered me a reasonable cash offer,but told me they will dispose of the car or i could keep the car.

My concerns are were do i stand with my car as a cat c, its taxed,mot'd and still insured.Can i still drive it.The damage was ony cosmetic,the car is running perfectly.

Unsure of what to do.
