Honda CR-V - Headlight Washer Failure / Breakage - SEEJAY

On experiencing a leak from screenwash reservoir when filling - had this checked out at the next service, to be advised that the most likely cause was breakage from a car park 'nudge' deforming the body - breaking the assembly and then springing out!

Replacement price £288.

Awaiting actual replacement and sight of the part. Thought to be highly unusual - hower on talking with relatives immediately a similar CRV incident was recalled from an acquaintence - details not known unfortunately.

Is this a CRV unique risk - anyone else experienced it?
