Hi All

So i will moving abroad for work for a year but i will have about 2 months till i go and have only recently pass my test, i dont wanna buy a car as there will be no point if i not gonna be in the country to drive it,

I had a look a car hire prices and it says about £396 a month for the cheapest which doesnt seem worth it as 2 months nearly £800 anyone know any cheap car hire sites or any other advice or tips that may help i dont have any friends or family that have any spare cars im afraid

You haven't mentioned your age, but assuming you are fairly young, you would likely be spending £200 per month on insurance. You've obviously run your life without a car up until now, so another couple of months should be possible.

I do however appreciate though that now you have passed your test, you want a car.

Chris is actually right, another couple of months having no car won't hurt you at all.;) Anyway, since you just passed your test an article I read recently may help you get started. According to the article, red-light cameras take a picture of a driver and his or her license plate when they drive through a red light. Motorists generally hate them. Many feel the gadgets are designed to make money for a city, and not to catch bad-guys. However, two devices have just appeared that use similar technology to make red-light camera photos useless to police force. One of the gadgets can be bought now.
