A quick scenario. Lets assume you have breakdown/recovery/relay with an organisation or a newish car with same cover provided with warranty.

Accident occurs car undriveable and assuming not moved by police due to position in road.

Question is who do you contact to arrange removal etc.

My insurance has 24 hour claim line. Also as in my case the manufacturer provides an accident help facility.

So in my case i have three options. I appreciate it will end up with my insurance in due course but its a hypothetical case and i hope it remains so but its something i have wondered about before so i would welcome comments. Thanks.
