There is a noticeable noise coming from, I think, under the engine bay / bulkhead area and it sounds like there is a hole in the exhaust. It is hard to describe the noise, I would say it sounds like the exhaust is blowing though.

If there is a hole, could it cause the engine to idle lumpy?
