The company you cite is Nationwide Cars Limited, which was incorporated in january 2004 as Cotswold Car Hire and Leasing Limited and changed it's name in may 2006. However it never traded at all until 2009 so has only filed 2 years accounts at Companies House.

The directors are Ian Whitecross, Hanka Whitecross (also shareholders) and Luke Whitecross. The latest accounts filed show accumulated losses of £48,499 as at 31/3/2011 and, technically, the net worth of the company was negative to the tune of £294,482. There is no adverse public information on the company, but the above figures do suggest that I would be cautious with financial transactions.
