Leak (a small one) in poer steering dripping from pipe. Local garage think the actual leak is from 'rods inside the unit' and to fix properly would be 'mega bucks'. Would steam clean and power steering fluid with sealant help? My main concern - repair costs apart - is that leak constitutes an MOT failure. Anyone got any ideas? My MOT expires BEFORE next tax due!
