They usually fail on cylinder 3 first, or cylinder 4 in the case of the 1.2, so yours is different!
Could be egr valve, which you need to take off and clean carefully, to ensure there is no carbon build up on the valve or the stem, so it seals properly when closed. They are very problematical and the best fix is to make or buy a blanking plate.
I doubt it though, a lot of oil unfortunately suggests a failed oil control ring on cylinder 2, a big job to strip down and replace, and it may bring up other problems due to a poor maintenance record, such as worn bearings, worn oil pump, worn camshafts, etc.
First thing, I'd probably change the oil and filter and take it for a good burn up / Italian tune and keep my fingers crossed, but it probably won't work.
