Citroen C4 - engine undershield

Citroen C4 - engine undershield - leslie cotton

The engine undershield on my Cirtoen C4 was badly damaged yesterday. I commute 110 miles of motorway a day. Is it safe to drive if we take the undershield off waiting for a replacement part?

Yes and it's probably safe not to replace it-it's main use is to prevent build-up of snow in the engine compartment but it does help to keep the area clean.Many cars don't have them.

Just make sure that any corresponding covers/fittings/fixings won't blow down or off without the main undercover attached to them.

Quick oil change whilst it's out of the way?..:-)
