Peugeot 206 SW - Peugeot 206 1.4 HDI oil - scole01234

I was wondering what would be the best oil for an 80K 1.4HDI, looking in the handbook 5W 40 is recommended, however some websites are saying 10W 40, and some 0W 30. Would Castrol Magnatec 10W40 Semi Synthetic be suitable or do I need specific Turbo Diesel oil?

Any advice would be appreciated.

What has been put in it during the past?. 5w30 C2 spec is a good one for these engines.
