Ford Focus 1.8 TDDI year 2000 - Squeak/Whistle from engine - Flippy

My car has developed a Sqeak/whistle from the drive belt area ( it is a similar sound to a screeching fan belt but not so loud)

It is not there on tick-over but as soon as I rev the engine the sound can be heard,. I have switched the aircon off and the noise is still there.The drive belt was replaced about 5000 Km ago.

Can anyone give me an idea of what the problem is.

Does the squeaking get worse if you put lights on? Alternator belt?

If it's pronounced on acceleration it could be the power steering belt.

No, I have tried it with the lights on and it is just the same.

Anything above tickover and it squeaks and it doesn't increase in pitch or loudness when I rev the car.
