Unless they are a size (check speed and load ratings too) specified for the car they are a modification and you should inform your insurers, who may make a charge and could refuse cover, though unlikely.
There's no guarantee that the tyres won't catch on wheelarches or similar over undulations and or turns, they are 61.83mm larger in rolling circumference, approx 3.24%, which to be fair isn't much.
Check your handbook or Haynes manual for tyre options, then the choice is yours.
