the garage have told me they have just fitted a re-conditioned gear box to my picasso, however after less than 1000 miles it seems to be failing again. is there a way of easy identification to see if they have done what they said they have done.
What are the symptoms? If the gear box has been replaced, assuming it wasn't a secondhand one, it should be all clean and shiny.
