HI,

I recently changed the coil, ht leads and plugs and to make the engine warning light go out I disconnected the battery for 10 minutes. Since then I now find when I start the car there is a about a 1 second delay between turning the key fully to when the start motor actually kicks in. I think this is related to me disconnecting the battery and may be linked to the immobiliser doing it's checks. After the 1 second delay the car starts perfectly and no other issues. How do I resolve this? Thanks.
