Hi,

I have a recurring leak of water into the boot /spare wheel well of my VW Passat when it rains. Seems to be more prevalent on left hand side. Water can be seen in the 'hollow' behind carpet/wall on lefthand side. It then seems to seep/flow into the wheel well from there

Damp smell from carpet is beginning to get to me along with foggy windows!

Any ideas if this is a known issue or a good place to look for the root cause?
