Main problem is no power in higher gears, and it doesn't appear that the turbo is kicking in in lower gears either - definitely not as it used to be. Glow plug light does not flash as in previous posts.

How can I check if the Turbo is gone gone, or could it be a sensor or actuator not functioning?
