Nissan Primera P11 (2000) - CVT trouble on Primera? - mille

Hi All

I'm having a bit of trouble with the CVT auto in my Primera.When I turn the key the CVT light flashes. The car seems to be stuck in 1st gear while driving and wont shift up.

From searching online it seems to lead to the stepper motor? but still am unsure and have a few questions :)

-Where is the stepper motor located ? is it by the throttle body.

-Is there much labour involved in changing it ?

-Where the cheapest place to buy one online ?

-Whats the part number of the stepper motor from Nissan?

-Where is the fuse for the cvt located?

I have a 2001 Nissan Premier and just had to buy a Step Motor and got it from because ii havea japenses model www.japanesevehicles.com/. Not sure how to change it yet but was told that i have to take down the tranny pan and it should be straight ahead hope to do it this week, will let you know how it goes.
